Safety and quality in the food chain

The postgraduate studies “SAFETY AND QUALITY IN THE FOOD CHAIN” are aimed at preparing specialists in the field of quality and safety management in the agri-food chain “from farm to table”.
The aim of the studies is to familiarize students with the latest safety management principles through internal supervision over food quality and hygiene in obtaining, processing and marketing throughout the agri-food chain, taking into account the food law of the European Union and the guidelines of the Common Agricultural Policy. Students will gain qualifications in the field of designing quality management systems, developing documentation, internal quality auditing in terms of systems, supervision over the implementation, maintenance and development of quality management systems, in particular taking into account the principles of traceability in the agri-food chain.

Recruitment conditions

Required documents:

. Application and personal questionnaire of a candidate for studies and the information clause ( attachment )
. Transcript or a copy of the diploma of graduation entitling to undertake postgraduate studies, certified by the university
. One photo (format - for documents)
In the case of graduating from a university abroad, the candidate submits the original of the diploma and its translation into Polish, certified by authorized institutions,
as well as a document confirming the recognition of the diploma or a certificate of exemption from the recognition procedure.
