Completing student apprenticeships
Documents constituting the basis for crediting the student internship and reports on internships should be sent by e-mail to the relevant addresses of academic teachers on the list. Students crediting the internship on the basis of work or internship send documents to the coordinator for practices. It is recommended to submit documents in advance so as to allow time for academic teachers to check the documents and reports, and possibly contact the student – in case of the need to supplement the documents and / or correct the report.
All students are required to complete an anonymous questionnaire regarding the course of the internship student. The information provided in the questionnaire does not affect the completion of the internship. The internship regulations are available here: Internship Regulations.
