The Food Symposium 3.0 conference, co-organized by our university, Mendel University in Brno, and the LSU AgCenter in Louisiana, will be held on March 20-24, 2023.

The theme of this year’s edition is: “Transatlantic cooperation for the adaptation and resilience of the food system from fields to consumers.” The aim of Food Symposium 3.0 is to take a multidisciplinary approach to food. 

March 23, 2023, will be devoted to student and doctoral student presentations. Participants will present their work in the form of a 10-minute online presentation. Furthermore, participants will be able to present the results of their research in the form of posters, which will be available on the event website.
