The responsibilities of the Working Team for Hospitation include:
- preparing a general hospitation plan before the start of the semester;
- attending the classes conducted by the observed staff member and evaluating elements of the teaching process, including: punctuality in starting and ending classes, substantive accuracy, completeness and clarity of the content delivered, consistency of the content with the study programme and the course syllabus, methods and ability of knowledge transfer, adjustment of the pace of classes to students’ abilities, ensuring that the classes form a thematically coherent whole connected with the course content, linguistic correctness, and the use of available audiovisual tools;
- preparing a teaching hospitation report in which the team presents its assessment, comments, and recommendations, which are then submitted to the Dean and the observed staff member;
- in special cases, the members of the Working Team for Hospitation organize a meeting involving the Dean, the Director or Deputy Director of the Institute, representatives of the Team, and the observed staff member, during which actions are taken to help the staff member improve the quality of the classes they teach;
- developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures for Institute staff involved in teaching.

The main responsibilities of the Working Team for Contact with Candidates include:
- cooperating in the organization of events promoting the Faculty of Food Technology (e.g. SGGW Open Days, the Science Festival, the Science Picnic, Food Expo, and others);
- providing information about the Faculty’s educational offer and the activities of the academic community;
- organizing and coordinating visits of primary and secondary school students to the Faculty;
- co-organizing visits of Faculty staff to primary and secondary schools;
- coordinating educational programmes conducted by the Faculty and dedicated to secondary school students;
- cooperating with teachers from secondary schools in organizing, among other things, workshops, demonstrations, seminars, and lectures for students.

The main responsibilities of the Working Team on Social Media include:
- developing a consistent visual identity for the Faculty and graphic solutions for the Faculty’s informational and occasional activities;
- managing the Faculty’s website and its profiles on electronic media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn);
- cooperating with other individuals and teams undertaking activities for the benefit of the Faculty in the area of visual design for organized events and activities, as well as their promotion and coverage in electronic media.

- cooperating in the design of degree programmes conducted in English;
- cooperating in the modification of existing degree programmes;
- preparing opinions based on the evaluation of new degree programmes and the review of existing degree programmes and course syllabuses;
- cooperating with the coordinator for electronic media and the coordinator for contact with candidates in informing external stakeholders;
- preparing reports on the evaluation of methods of achieving the intended and approved learning outcomes;
- carrying out other tasks related to teaching in English, including tasks arising from the Faculty’s System for Quality Assurance and Improvement in Education.

- preparing opinions based on the evaluation of new degree programmes and the review of existing degree programmes and course syllabuses;
- cooperating with the coordinator for electronic media and the coordinator for contact with candidates in informing external stakeholders;
- preparing reports on the evaluation of methods of achieving the intended and approved learning outcomes;
- reviewing compliance with requirements and methods of assessment of diploma theses;
- carrying out other tasks related to teaching in Polish, including tasks arising from the Faculty’s System for Quality Assurance and Improvement in Education.

- reviewing, developing, and optimizing the availability of equipment, materials, and infrastructure supporting the teaching process;
- reviewing the equipment of lecture rooms and laboratories with regard to teaching resources;
- developing and implementing guidelines concerning the quality of teaching resources;
- participating in educational and research projects related to teaching;
- analyzing the opinions of students and academic teachers on the availability of resources and preparing guidelines.
